Resource updates

I've reorganized my "resources." (This may not be important to any readers.)

I've redone the definition of a resource for myself so that I can manage them better. A resource is something from which I might get something to write about on this blog from. Now there's a list of main ones that I actually follow regularly, a list of other minor websites, and then posts on other things that aren't websites. I have made posts on some of the minor resources as I learn about them. I will update these first two resource posts as I get more. Some entries I have deleted or placed in the Other or simple Interesting Finds tag.

I've added another main resource that I won't do a post on. I have been following Adafruit Industries' blog for a while now.
Remember, even though I don't post extremely regularly, I do watch these resources and always save links in my bookmarks to good articles that I want to write on in the future.

Now that it's summer I'll be much less busy and I hope to post much more, so be expecting that :)

Posting Decline, Google's Autonomous Cars

Sorry that I haven't been posting lately, for anyone who reads this. I've been quite busy, but this Christmas break I'll be sure to post some more. I'm still following websites and writing down interesting ideas and day-to-day finds.

As a quick thing to post, here's the link for an article on Google's autonomous cars. This has been around for a while now and has become quite well known, so I don't think I'll make a real post about it. But it's still something good to know. If you want more, search for it and you'll find lots of articles and interviews.

Posting frequency 2

For any of you who follow, sorry that I haven't posted in a while. I've become very busy in the past couple of days so I think I'll only be able to post when I find time in the future. This should be about once a week, though, so it won't be too bad.

Posting frequency

Some blogs/websites/whatever say what their posting frequency is, like 1-2 times a week, for example.

I think I'll try posting every other day. So expect something tomorrow. Like I said in my first post, I've got a whole bunch of links bookmarked backed up that I can post. Plus, two of my resources I follow produce good stuff quite often: Wired.com and Makezine.com. Also, I think I'm going to follow IEEE Spectrum's website now. So that might bring in more. Also note that sometimes I'm able to quickly slam in more than one post at a time.

However, I don't know if I'll be able to keep that up. We'll have to see. Maybe I'll switch to 2 times a week.

First post

So here's my first post. I hope this blog will work out well, be interesting, and serve as a resource for myself and others (if I get any followers ;) ).
The next couple posts will be of my resources (see About Page), which are things that use for projects or inspiration. For example, the second post will be on the websites and blogs I follow. These and any new resources I get in the future will be tagged/labeled with the tag "resources," if you want to see all of them. After those first initial posts, I'll start posting about my past projects as examples, then start mixing in more current things that I discover, work on, or think about. It probably won't take too long to get caught up completely with present stuff. I guess I'm a perfectionist, so I've got to set it straight in the beginning like that :)
